Beyond the walls - the transition from hospital to community based care in Mental Health
The event, promoted in collaboration with WHO, was held from 13 to 16 April 2011, at the Department of Mental Health of Trieste (Italy). 263 representatives from 28 countries participated at the event and visits to the Mental Health Services in Trieste, among which: Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Island, Norway, Argentina, Iran, Palestine, Portugal, France, Brazil, Jerusalem, Palestine, Iran, Jordan, Mozambique, United Kingdom, Spain, Albania, Greece, Ireland, Slovenia, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark and Switzerland.
