PROMOTERS
The ART GOLD Albania Programme is the main promoter of IDEASS in Albania. The Programme is realized by UNDP in collaboration with the Department of the Local Affairs and Decentralization Ministry. The projects of technological and methodological transfer of IDEASS are promoted and carried out in the Regions of Durres, Gjirokaster, Shkoder and Vlore.

WHO Office in Albania. The WHO Office participates in IDEASS promoting and supporting the innovations concerning health and social services. In particular WHO Albania has supported all the steps of implementation of the Mother Kangaroo method.
