The Ministry of Science and Environmental Protection guarantees the scientific supervision of IDEASS activities.

City to City Programme represents the main promoter of IDEASS in Serbia and Montenegro. The Programme, realized by UNDP and UNOPS, in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Affairs, is financed by the Italian Government. At present the projects of south-south-north cooperation are promoted and implemented in the municipalities of Beograd, Novi Sad, Panchevo, Smederevo, Kragujevac, Nis.
