The ART GOLD program is the main promoter of IDEASS in Lebanon. The program is carried out by UNDP and UNOPS in collaboration with the National Council for Development and Reconstruction. The Programme operates in the territories of South Lebanon, Bekaa, North Lebanon and Beirut Southern Suburbs. The projects of technological and methodological transfer of IDEASS are implemented in these territories.
