IDEASS ACTORS
The ART GOLD program is the main promoter of IDEASS in Sri Lanka. The program is carried out by UNDP in collaboration with the Ministry for Local Government and Provincial Councils. Collaborate in the Program also UNICEF, WFP and ILO. The Program operates in the Southern Province and in the Uva Province. The projects of technological and methodological transfer of IDEASS are implemented in these territories.
