UNIFEM UNOPS MyDEL Programme
The MyDEL Programme (Women and Local Economic Development), realized by UNIFEM and UNOPS in collaboration with the Salvadorian Institute for the Development of Women (ISDEMU), the National Commission for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (CONAMYPE), the Ministry of Economy and the Central American University (UCA), is the main promoter of the IDEASS activities in El Salvador.

ECCA
The School of Formation for Local Economic Development Agencies (LEDA) and for Service Centres for Women’s Enterprise (CSEM) was implemented in 2009 by the LEDA of the Department of Morazán (El Salvador), with the support of the UNIFEM MyDEL Programme. ECCA organizes formation regional events to improve the services provided by ADELs and CSEMs and to produce new tools for women’s entrepreneurial development of impact on public policy. ECCA promotes innovations for human development in the ADEL and CSEM networks of Central America countries.
